Properties

bilateralGroup?

ts
readonly optional bilateralGroup?: BilateralSurfaceGroup;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:62

initialView?

ts
readonly optional initialView?: AnatomicalView;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:63

hemisphereGap?

ts
readonly optional hemisphereGap?: number;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:64

layout?

ts
readonly optional layout?: ReportLayout;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:66

Pair pose. Defaults to split for backwards compatibility.

initialBrainView?

ts
readonly optional initialBrainView?: ReportBrainView;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:68

Initial whole-brain view for the anatomical layout. Defaults to oblique.

headlight?

ts
readonly optional headlight?: boolean;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:74

Keep the key and fill lights attached to the camera so every pose is lit alike (the viewer's acquireHeadlight). Defaults to true for the anatomical layout and false for split; the override is released on dispose.

fitMargin?

ts
readonly optional fitMargin?: number;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:76

Camera fit margin as a fraction of the framed distance (0.1 anatomical, 0.12 split).

fov?

ts
readonly optional fov?: number;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:78

Vertical field of view in degrees. Narrow fields reduce perspective distortion.

oblique?

ts
readonly optional oblique?: "auto" | ReportObliqueAngle;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:83

Camera angle of the oblique brain view, or auto to choose, per displayed map, the oblique angle that faces the most suprathreshold cortex.

fitInsets?

ts
readonly optional fitInsets?: ReportFitInsets;

Defined in: report/ReportSceneController.ts:89

Canvas insets in CSS pixels kept clear of the fitted brain, for embedders that float controls over the canvas. The brain is framed and centred in the remaining rectangle; orbiting still pivots about the brain centre.
