Properties

visible?

ts
optional visible?: boolean;

Defined in: layers.ts:114

Inherited from

LayerConfig.visible

opacity?

ts
optional opacity?: number;

Defined in: layers.ts:115

Inherited from

LayerConfig.opacity

blendMode?

ts
optional blendMode?: BlendMode;

Defined in: layers.ts:116

Inherited from

LayerConfig.blendMode

order?

ts
optional order?: number;

Defined in: layers.ts:118

Deprecated

Initialization hint only; use LayerStack ordering commands at runtime.

Inherited from

LayerConfig.order

presentation?

ts
optional presentation?: Partial<LayerPresentation>;

Defined in: layers.ts:119

Inherited from

LayerConfig.presentation

brightness?

ts
optional brightness?: number;

Defined in: layers/CurvatureLayer.ts:10

Base gray level (0-1), default 0.5

contrast?

ts
optional contrast?: number;

Defined in: layers/CurvatureLayer.ts:12

How much curvature affects brightness (0-1), default 0.5

smoothness?

ts
optional smoothness?: number;

Defined in: layers/CurvatureLayer.ts:14

Divisor for curvature values - higher = more subtle, default 1

invert?

ts
optional invert?: boolean;

Defined in: layers/CurvatureLayer.ts:20

Reverse the grey ramp so positive values render lighter. Default false: FreeSurfer-convention data (positive in sulci) renders gyri light and sulci dark. true reproduces the mapping of earlier releases.
