Interface: ColorMap2DOptions

Defined in: ColorMap2D.ts:15

2D Colormap for visualizing relationships between two scalar fields.

Maps two values (x, y) to a color by sampling a 2D texture. Useful for visualizing:

  • Effect size vs. confidence
  • Activation magnitude vs. statistical significance
  • Any two correlated or independent variables

Properties

rangeX?

ts
optional rangeX?: [number, number];

Defined in: ColorMap2D.ts:17

Range for X axis data [min, max]

rangeY?

ts
optional rangeY?: [number, number];

Defined in: ColorMap2D.ts:19

Range for Y axis data [min, max]

thresholdX?

ts
optional thresholdX?: [number, number];

Defined in: ColorMap2D.ts:21

Threshold for X axis - values in this range become transparent

thresholdY?

ts
optional thresholdY?: [number, number];

Defined in: ColorMap2D.ts:23

Threshold for Y axis - values in this range become transparent

alpha?

ts
optional alpha?: number;

Defined in: ColorMap2D.ts:25

Overall alpha multiplier
