Generate an interactive plot of the design matrix for a given fMRI model.

Usage

design_plot(fmrimod, longnames = FALSE)

Arguments

fmrimod

The fmri_model object.

longnames

Use long names in the legend (default: FALSE).

Value

An interactive plot using Shiny.
