Options for searchlights with randomly chosen centers (randomSearchlight, bootstrapSearchlight).

seed makes the centers reproducible; rng supplies a custom generator returning numbers in [0, 1) and takes precedence over seed. With neither, a fresh seed is drawn on every call.
