Lazily subset a plan, source, or realised GDS

subset.gds_plan.Rd

Adds a subset_axis node to the plan. Realised gds objects and gds_source bindings are first converted with as_plan(), so the result is always a lazy gds_plan; call compute() to materialise it.

Usage

subset(x, sample = NULL, subject = NULL, contrast = NULL, ...)

# S3 method for class 'gds'
subset(x, sample = NULL, subject = NULL, contrast = NULL, ...)

# S3 method for class 'gds_source'
subset(x, sample = NULL, subject = NULL, contrast = NULL, ...)

Arguments

x

A gds_plan, gds_source, or realised gds

sample, subject, contrast

Optional indices (positional, logical, or names) for the sample, subject, and contrast axes

...
