Build Spatial Output Map for a Single Metric — build_output

Constructs a spatial object (e.g., NeuroVol, NeuroSurface) from a numeric vector of per-center metric values and the corresponding center IDs.

Usage

build_output_map(dataset, metric_vector, ids, ...)

dataset: The dataset object.
metric_vector: Numeric vector of metric values (one per center).
ids: Integer vector of center IDs corresponding to metric_vector.
...: Additional arguments. Volumetric and clustered methods accept fill, the value given to voxels without a result (default 0). Statistical maps (p-values, z-scores) are built with fill = NA so that untested voxels cannot pass a threshold such as p < 0.05. Surface maps are sparse and ignore fill.
