Arguments

initialization

Character; one of: "Random", "Otsu", "KMeans", "PriorProbabilityImages", "PriorLabelImage" Required.

intensity_images

Character or numeric vector Required.

mask_image

Character; file path Required.

number_of_tissue_classes

Integer Required.

Character. Additional parameters to the command
