Usage

Arguments

dim: Integer vector of length 3 (x, y, z)
affine: 4x4 affine matrix
mask_bitmap: Optional logical array matching dim
mask_idx: Optional integer vector of active voxel indices (mask order)
storage: Either "dense" or "packed"
template_id: Optional template identifier string

Value

An object of class c("space_voxel", "gds_space")
