Inspect parent-linked feature spaces and parcel-space operators

Usage

parent_space(x)

parcel_membership(x)

parcel_aggregation(x)

Arguments

x

A parent-linked feature space such as a parcel_space or basis_space.

Value

parent_space() returns the parent feature space; parcel_membership() and parcel_aggregation() return sparse operators.

Examples

parent <- volume_space(c(3, 2, 1), support = 1:6)
membership <- Matrix::sparseMatrix(
  i = 1:6, j = c(1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2), x = 1, dims = c(6L, 2L)
)
x <- parcel_space(parent, c(10L, 20L), membership, atlas = "toy-atlas")
